Refund Policy

At Chandpara Schedule Cast and Tribal Welfare Association, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

• If an order is canceled by the admin due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a customer cancels their order and the cancellation request is approved.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

3. Notification

Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once their refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Donations or contributions made voluntarily to support the NGO's activities are non-refundable. Refunds are not applicable for services or products already delivered or utilized.
